Missile-toes

so i work at CVS and i had a shift from 3-10… i never realized how painful it was to stand for basically 7 hours…i’ve had 7 hour shifts before but i was new and enthusiastic then, so i guess the pain didn’t matter or something…but now i’m exhausted!!!!

but at work everyone was buying stuff for the holidays and while i ring customers up i ask them how they are.  the number 1 response was tired and the 2nd most common was terrible/awful/not good.  christmas is 6 days away guys and everyone is miserable and tired…. shouldn’t this be the time when we can relax and bond with our family and friends not when we run around like crazy people making sure every last gift is perfect and all the bows are tied nice.  i finished my xmas shopping on cyber monday and didn’t spend a fortune and all that’s left to do is slap some wrapping paper around them gifts.  christmas is supposed to make people happy but instead we make it miserable.  

last night i watched about 4 episodes of house and since i’m already bored this vacation i am going to start watching house chronologically from season 1 episode 1. yep, this is how im going to spend my free time this vacation, well and spending every possible second with my friends
